Water Works

Water Works incorporates aerobics, strength, balance, and flexibility all into one class. Expect the unexpected, as the class changes to include brain plasticity exercises, intervals, and more.

Acquapole Fitness Premium

Join this new, exciting water fitness class. Using a stationary pole in the water, you will kick and punch the boxing bag. Then, remove the bag and use the pole as an aid for core strength training. You will experience a cardiovascular workout, a strength training workout and core strength training. We are the ONLY facility in the DFW area to offer Acquapole classes.

Get stronger for an active lifestyle. Using free weights, resistance bands and balls, you will gain balance, core strength, flexibility, and increased functionality to live the active lifestyle. Wake up your brain and body with this resistance training class. Floor and core work using mats is part of the experience. All levels welcomed.

Yoga for Everybody

Renew and restore with yoga in a group setting with modifications for everyone. Integrate strength, balance, and flexibility in your yoga practice. Learn meditation and relaxation techniques to quieten your mind.
Mats are furnished. All levels welcomed. Chairs are available, too.
Balanced Bodies
Tuesday and Thursday | 10-11 am

Be inspired to thrive in our balance class that fuses strength training, balance training, functionality, and flexibility. Chairs are used to ensure safety and to allow for modifications. Free weights, bands, balls and foam sticks are used in this class for variety and muscle response. No floor work, all levels are welcomed.
